These work great as beard brushes, and they're cheap enough to keep one in every vehicle, plus one in my office and another in my bathroom. The bristle spacing is great if you have a course beard, and the plastic tips do a great job gliding across your skin. Since they're a full circle, you can hold the brush against your face and just roll it in place to style and scratch at the same time.

Since growing out my short hair, this was perfect as hair got longer. I recently bought the the same brand brush, but the larger version of this one, so It would work better as hair got longer. It fluffs up hair without tangles. Having both size brushes has been good for short hair as well as for growing out longer hair and vice versa. I've bought some expensive brushes at stores that are useless and tangles hair. Glad these brushes from Amazon work and are reasonable in price.

Bristles rather tough on the scalp. Would not purchase again.
