cool idea - but in order to use effectively, I have to spend more money

Really cool product. I love the ability to slide the MacBook Pro in and have it automatically charging. The down fall here, is that in order to use it, one has to have an external monitor, and since there is only 2 USB-C ports on the back, this is not very feasible. One has to purchase an additional docking station in order to do an external monitor and have additional USB devices.This product would be so much better with a display port on the back and at-least 1 to 2 USB ports on it and reduce the need to buy additional hardware just to help support the usb devices that one plans to utilize.What would make this product even better is to have a SD Card Reader slot on the device as well.I think this is a great product and I plan to use it, but not able to use it at the moment until I get an additional docking station just to support multi-monitors, external hard drives, and SD Card readers.

costa caro ma è efficiente

Ho voluto fare questo acquisto dopo aver riflettuto molto. Sono soddisfatto, tuttavia alcuni componenti non sono perfettamente fissi come per esempi l'innesto magsafe dell'alimentazione, ma alla fine funziona...Sono molto insoddisfatto sul prezzo veramente esagerato per un pezzo di alluminio, solo che non ho trovato di meglio per il mio Mac book pro...

Will not fit your MacBook if it has a case of any type.

I REALLY wanted this to work, but I have always kept my MacBooks in a clamshell, which makes it a tad too thick for this dock.

Perfect Solution!

What I especially like about this is that I can wake my laptop without pulling it out of the dock. All my accessories work through the thunderbolt ports. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!
