We purchased this scooter for our son over Christmas, and it’s been a fantastic gift—he absolutely loves riding it. Everything has worked really well, and it’s clear the scooter is well-built and fun to use.When we noticed the headlight wasn’t working, we reached out to the company. They responded immediately with multiple helpful videos and clear instructions to resolve the issue. Their support team was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful.Overall, we’re very happy with both the product and the company’s customer service. We’ll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!

We bought two of these for our kids. One stopped working and we contacted customer service. They have been very helpful and responsive in trying to first diagnose the issue and try to fix it including sending a replacement part with an easy to follow video. But when that didn’t fix it and it was determined to be a bigger issue that I could not fix at home, they arranged a replacement scooter to be sent.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my son and upon arrive it was defective but the company was super responsive and got another shipped out right away. Replacement scooter worked great and my son loved everything about it. After riding it for several months it stopped working again but this company has been amazing about trying to help me diagnose the issue and even sent me parts to try and fix it. Due to the parts not fixing the issue they're now send me a replacement. Normally most people would not give them 5 stars for the issues I've experienced but this company has been hands down great to work with and would highly recommend them and this scooter to anyone. Products don't always work perfectly but I like to rate a company on how they handle situations as most probably wouldn't of even responded to my email.

I purchased as gift for my son. He enjoyed for few months then the scooter stopped working. The customer service was very quick to respond and provide solutions. Sent a new battery which didn’t fix the problem. Then provided a new throttle which still didn’t get the scooter running properly The customer service was again quick to respond and apologized for the inconvenience and has resolved the issue by assisting me with return and replacement. I have to say I have never received such amazing customer service.

Bought for my daughter who is 10. She loves it and it’s been a great buy. There was a small issue after a few months but the team resolved it quickly and they were easy to work with.

We purchased this scooter as a gift for our son's 8th birthday. After a few times using it, the rear fender's spring came undone. We contacted customer service and they responded very quick to resolve our issue, sending us a replacement piece. Soon after that, we were receiving an error code. Again, contacting customer service, they were very responsive and sent us detailed videos on how to resolve the issue. We would have gave 5 stars if it weren't for the inconvenience, but things happen. Just glad they were addressed and we now have a fully functioning scooter!

We really love this scooter however there was some kind of issue with wiring and it stopped working. I contacted the company and they have been so great with responding to me and after checking the things they told me to check they are going to send us a new one to replace the broken one. This way we don't have to wait for replacement parts or send it to get fixed. I'm very happy with the customer service!! Couldn't ask for more!

Wonderful scooter overall. Great value. It feels very sturdy, balances nicely. The battery lasts a good amount of time before needing a new charge. My 8 year old son loves it, and now my husband wants the adult model.
